The problem
Two products are being sold at once — a CRM and a lead platform — to a market that is used to buying one or the other. On top of that the first year is free, which raises 'what's the catch?' before anyone gets to 'is it any good?'.
What’s on it
- Split product architecture: Smart CRM and Leads Platform, each with its own page
- WhatsApp and voice outreach, AI assistant and lead-mining sections
- RERA compliance and data-security section on the homepage
- Pricing, comparison, FAQ and blog pages
- Single repeated call to action: start free, no card
The calls
01
Presented the two products as one ecosystem rather than two line items.
Sold separately they get compared on price against tools that do one job cheaper. Shown as a CRM and a lead platform that were built to feed each other, the comparison changes to one nobody else can enter.
02
Put the free first year next to the sign-up instead of inside the pricing page.
It's the strongest thing the company has to say. Holding it back for a pricing page spends a click on the one message that would have earned it.
03
Answered compliance early, where competitors lead with volume.
For an Indian real estate team, data provenance and RERA compliance are the objections that kill a deal late. Meeting them on the homepage costs a section and saves the sales call.
“Two tools sold separately compete on price. A pair that only works together doesn't.”
